Taina Caetano
Taina Caetano

Taina TC Caetano works as a Consultant Developer in Thoughtworks since 2011, where he participated in teams distributed between Brazil, United States and India. Now a consultant in San Francisco, TC has been facilitating retrospectives for multiple teams across the globe, helping with their efforts to adopt continuous improvement practices. In 2014, he became a coach in the ThoughtWorks University program, working closely with over 100 graduate developers and providing training in various agile development practices.

Paulo Caroli
Paulo Caroli

Principal consultant at Thoughtworks Brazil and co-founder of AgileBrazil,  Paulo Caroli has over twenty years of experience in software development, passing in various corporations in Brazil, India, USA and Latin America. In 2000, he met the Extreme Programming and since then has focused its expertise in processes and practices of Agile & Lean. He joined ThoughtWorks in 2006 and held the positions of Agile Coach, Trainer and Project Manager. He received a Bachelor of Computer Science and MS in Software Engineering, both from PUC–Rio.

Paulo Caroli is a man who is passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital products. He is a software engineer, an author, an editor, a speaker and a successful facilitator.

Luiz Lula Rodrigues

Based in São Paulo, Brazil, Luiz Rodrigues is an Agile Coach at Knowledge21 (K21) and a software developer. He works since 2008 developing software and helping others to do it. He fully supports The Manifesto for Agile Software Development and chooses his paths based on its principles. You can find his sketches on his twitter, @luizphx.
