Encore un livre sur la rétrospective ! Mais pourquoi ? Il y en a déjà quelques-uns sur le sujet...

Yes ! C'est exactement pour cette raison. J'enseigne comment faciliter des ateliers de rétrospective (entre autres) aux ScrumMasters et aux Coachs Agile d'équipe et d'entreprise. Et j'ai pu observer que, malgré la quantité incroyable d'informations sur ce sujet, il semble qu'il y ait toujours un gros écart entre la sagesse transmise dans les livres et ce que les personnes en font réellement dans les salles de réunion dont l'entrée est barrée par un panneau "Ne pas entrer. Rétrospective en cours".
