Использую Скрам с 2005 года, вероятно, являюсь первым Скрам-мастером Украины. Тогда в рамках компании Encode.dk (Ciklum) с моей подачи мы стали использовать Скрам. Эта компания и её киевская команда живы и по сей день (2018) и используют Скрам в рамках всех компании. Скрам хорошо приживается, если правильно понят.
В 2007 году вместе с группой "интересующихся" выступил вдохновителем сообщества Agile Ukraine. Так в Украине стали говорить о гибкой разработке. Всё началось с Google-группы. Потом десятка полудневных бесплатных конференций по всей Украине. Волна пошла катиться.
С 2008 активно проявляюсь на арене Agile-сообщества в роли продюсера конференций и докладчика. С этого же года - независимый agile-консультант, пожалуй, также первый в Украине.
Автор одной из самых популярных обучающих Скрам игр-симуляций: lego4scrum.
Автор книги по ретроспективам, переведённой на несколько языков. Авторский перевод книги на русский имеет название Быстрый старт в Agile-ретроспективы.
Последние года (с 2013) провожу достаточно много времени в мире продуктовой разработки центральной и восточной Европы в качестве agile-коуча. Активно интересуюсь развитием подхода Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) и использую его принципы при использовании agile на уровне корпораций.
