Warum also noch ein Buch über Scrum?

Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Büchern, möchte ich in diesem Buch intensiv auf das WIE eingehen und aufzeigen, welche Praktiken und Glaubensätze nötig sind, um Scrum erfolgreich einzusetzen.

Laut dem Scrum Guide ist Scrum ein Rahmenwerk, innerhalb dessen Menschen komplexe adaptive Aufgabenstellungen angehen können, und durch das sie in die Lage versetzt werden, produktiv und kreativ Produkte mit höchstmöglichem Wert auszuliefern.
