Plural persons are group entities. Just like any group, the people inside can have problems: communication issues, trust issues, cliquishness, secrets, lies, and a who's-who of responsibilities — and irresponsibility. It's like a college dormatory, except the people living there can be any age and there's often no one in charge.

It can be utter chaos.

But most of that chaos is because there are no good role-models. There's no plan of action, or organized method for getting everyone on the same page. There's no leadership. There's no owner's manual.

United Front is a 3-part plan for how to lead, set standards, reconcile, communicate, make rules, enforce rules, and come to have similar visions and goals as a group — including the rough guys.

• We celebrate plurality as a valid life choice; many don't think merging is an option for them at all.
• At the same time, should merging be your choice, getting along better is a prerequisite.

The series is about how to work together, come up with agreements, show compassion for your fellows, respect their rights and honor the rules of the land. This is the epitome of Love Thy Neighbor -- especially the neighbors in your head.

Working on setting things straight: building trust, honoring our differences, converting our inner rebels into amazing allies.
• United Front: Adventurers — life is an adventure, but how do you do it? Along with a change of an attitude about life, this book teaches about adulting, handling triggers, personal energy management, negotiating the external world while managing an internal world, and much more.

These books were written as a collaborative effort by the Crisses, plural activist, long-time writer on plural issues, life coach, self-help writer, and 100% unapologetically plural for life. Everyone pitched in, but some books are more by some than others. This is a cornerstone in our life's work, why we're here and why we survived.
