For now, this bundle is about how people appear to make mistakes at work, and why you are not to blame. That may sound disingenuous and wrong, but it is the right message for my audience.
This bundle is about how Chaos makes a mess of your work. It also suggests how you can use Systems Thinking and Complexity to make sense of what is happening.
It has two books because each focuses on a specific problem. The first is how to make a model to describe the mess you need to manage. The second book is about how to learn from your experience using your model to make your world a happier place.
That will have to do until I have time to work on the marketing materials.
