Robert Gies

Robert Gies bringt über 25 Jahre Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung mit und ist seit vielen Jahren im Aufbau und der Führung von Entwickler-Teams aktiv. In mehr als 100 nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekten u.a. für Kunden wie Apple Inc., Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Lufthansa, BASF, Daimler, BMW, Opel, Telekom, Shell, Red Bull konnte er wertvolle Projekterfahrung sammeln. 2001 entwickelte er eine Softwareplattform die bis heute Marktführer im Bereich Brand-/Markenmanagement ist und u.a. bei Apple in Cupertino USA für das weltweite Marketing eingesetzt wird.

Als zertifizierter Scrum Master setzte er sich vor einigen Jahren das Ziel individuell optimierte agile Prozesse einzuführen. Während seiner Arbeit in mehreren großen Agenturen (u.a. Pixel Factory, BBDO, Peter Schmidt Group, Serviceplan, Cocomore AG) und Softwareherstellern (u.a. GFT, Dr. Wirth IT, iBrams GmbH, Shopgate GmbH) perfektionierte er kontinuierlich diese Vorgehensmodelle.

Er arbeitete 8 Jahre lang mit Adobe in USA zusammen um als Technologiepartner mit Adobe Produktmanagern und Entwicklern Adobe Produkte zu verbessern. 2008 wurde er von Adobe mit dem Innovationspreis für eine besonders innovative Systemlösung ausgezeichnet. Einige seiner Ideen sind in die Adobe Creative Suite Produkte eingeflossen.

Aktuell beschäftigt er sich auf Geschäftsführungsebene mit der Implementierung und Optimierung von agilen Unternehmensprozessen. Seit 2013 ist er Management 3.0 zertifiziert, aktiv in vielen agilen User Groups, Speaker auf Konferenzen und organisiert die Scrum User Group sowie die Management 3.0 Community in Frankfurt.
