On my journey to health I have healed myself of many things. Acne, joint pain and digestion problems just to name a few. I was able to heal myself because I changed my beliefs and thoughts about food and nutrition and I stopped believeing the myths out there industries try to feed us.There is no industry with more mixed messages and false information than the health and wellness world. I am a university trained Certified Nutritional Practitioner, and I am tired of seeing false information and dangerous health myths being spread so I decided to write an ebook in hopes to help educate people to take control of their health and their lives.
