The Author is a Reliability Engineer and Bulk Materials Handling Specialist with over 25 years of hands-on experience in heavy industrial environments, including mining, port terminals, cement plants, and large-scale material handling operations.

Throughout his career as a Resident Engineer, he has focused on reducing unplanned downtime, improving asset reliability, and building structured maintenance systems aligned to ISO standards and real-world plant conditions. His expertise spans conveyors, gearboxes, motors, VSDs, pumps, transformers, ship-to-shore cranes, and critical rotating equipment.

He develops practical, field-ready reliability toolkits that bridge the gap between engineering theory and plant-floor execution — providing structured failure mode libraries, preventive maintenance programs, commissioning procedures, SOPs, and executive dashboards.

His mission is simple: Help industrial sites reduce breakdowns without unnecessary CAPEX — by building reliability into the foundation of their assets.
