I was born in 1962 in Lymington, on the South coast of England. I enjoyed a successful career in retail banking for many years where I trained as a Life Coach to enhance my role in people and business development. I became passionate about LIfe Coaching and positive affirmations as a powerful way to help us to change our mindsets and to achieve our goals.

I am married and have two children. In 2004 I moved to France with my family to improve my work life balance and to live a more creative lifestyle.

I enjoy writing my books and continue to work as a Life Coach. I am very grateful for the lifestyle that Life Coaching and positive affirmations have empowered me to create and I have made it my mission to share these magical methods with others to enable them to positively change their lives for the better as well.
