I've coached more than 250 executives one to one, and supported many more through organisations ranging from fast-growing startups to global companies. Before coaching, I built my career in corporate leadership, including Google during its hyper-growth years, where I learned firsthand that achievement and alignment are not the same thing.

This book comes from that experience, and from everything I have seen since sitting across from people who are successful, capable, and quietly wondering whether the path that got them here is still the one they want to be on.
