Segun works with leaders, managers and coaches to lift the productivity and performance of their teams. His approach pairs traditional coaching with the 6Ps, a set of performance frameworks refined over twenty years of delivery, and with TPU (Team Performance Uplift), the AI layer he built on that track record. TPU grew out of experiments applying AI to delivery artefacts: roadmaps, plans and retrospectives. It now provides affordable, always-on observations, suggestions and nudges that keep a team's performance loop turning between coaching sessions.

He has coached and led teams building products across finance, marketing and custom software, lifting output, cutting costs and shortening time to market. He has coached teams at organisations including Haleon PLC, GSK PLC and Ogier Group, as well as numerous high growth startups. He has received recognition awards from Gartner for exceptional contributions to performance, and from GSK for achieving significantly better team performance improvements.

In his first book, Team Performance Uplift, he shares the principles, processes and tools behind that record. His forthcoming second book, 6Ps & AI: Implementing Team Performance Uplift, is the practical guide for team leaders and coaches who want to run it themselves.
