Hello Everyone! I'm Nilesh. I am a husband, father to an amazing teenager that is full of energy, and loves to learn, and certainly keeps me young. I love to read, travel and just hang out and talk kak (sh1t in South African slang). I like to ponder things, like why did I put the 1 in shit, you know exactly what I meant, does it make it any better. I also like to digress a lot. I have had a very colourful career, worked at IBM in many disciplines, technical and consulting, PwC (consulting around IT Strategy and Governance, Sasol (a South African petrochemical company), where I headed Information risk and Security, Enterprise Risk Management, lead the enablement of Digital Strategy, and co-led the Agile Centre of excellence. I then went on my own, consulting across these disciplines, and also involved in a startup called GoodWill, the stories of which I share in my first book. I am currently the Lead Business Architect at Old Mutual, one of the largest and oldest Financial Institutions in South Africa.
