Marko Taipale helps teams rediscover what meaningful work feels like.

Over the past two decades, he has worked across startups, enterprises, and public organizations — coaching teams, designing new ways of working, and leading experiments in human-centered innovation. His focus has always been the same: helping people move from busy to effective, from silos to flow.

At Solita, Marko co-led the Twin Project, one of the first real-world experiments where teams worked with AI as a full collaborator — not just a tool. The lessons from that work became the foundation for CollabAI: a new way to teams collaborate, decide, and build at the speed of AI.

Drawing from lean thinking, agile principles, and real experiments, Marko’s work bridges the gap between strategy and hands-on collaboration. He writes, teaches, and speaks about the future of teamwork — one where humans and AI work side by side in shared flow.
