Lena Nyström
Lena Wiberg started out as a developer in 1999. After about a decade she shifted into testing and has worked in most testing-related roles, always with a focus on the bigger picture. Since 2017 she focuses on building people, teams and organisations rather than software and at the same time she started a second career as public speaker.
She is passionate about continuous learning and improvement, both in personal development and in software development practices.
She writes about software related topics on her blog
On the personal side, Lena loves gaming, science-fiction and fantasy and sewing. She lives just outside of Stockholm with her husband and teenage kids.
