I am an ex-techie that is so happy to be out of that environment. It had come to stifle my soul. While it provided an okay living (not as good as you might think), it also saps your energy and life breath. Today I write about technology and the dystopia it is becoming for too many people and for the planet at large. Writing and warning about technology is so much more satisfying than actually being in it. And writing La Buena Vida is cooler still.
