I'm a Senior Staff Engineer and former start-up founder. My career has taken me from building early-stage MVPs to working within the engineering teams of tech unicorns.
Having worn the hat of both a founder and a lead engineer, I have learned that the hardest part of software isn't usually the syntax—it's the stewardship. I have spent years navigating the trade-offs between "move fast" and "build for the long term," often learning the hard way why clarity and empathy matter more than clever code.
I write to try to share those lessons, helping developers bridge the gap between technical competence and professional engineering.
