Cosima Laube is the founder of respectAndAdapt.rocks.

As an independent leadership coach and socio-technical consultant with a broad domain experience (e.g. automotive, finance, healthcare, public sector), Cosima regularly partners with teams and organizations who want to achieve more TOGETHER!

Building on a strong foundation as a software developer and people leader in IT since 2004, she enhanced her portfolio with solid coaching skills and holds a BSc. in Psychology.

Since 2012, Cosima also works as an individual coach with humans who want clarity, lightness and power - at work and beyond.

Cosima describes herself more on the introvert side, she enjoys long-distance running and is also a passionate community "gardener" involved in several Open Space events mainly on Agile, IT and Software Craft.
