Before AppSumo, I went more than $100,000 into personal debt building a product I couldn't find paying customers for.

At AppSumo, our first-year goal was one million email subscribers. I worked for free while we tested ways to reach small business owners who needed software. That audience became the foundation of a profitable business.

I wrote Unfair Distribution to help founders learn from both experiences. AI makes it easier to build a product. You still need a way to reach people who will pay for it. This book shares what I've learned about doing that.
