Alan Clark has been an independent business coach, consultant, trainer and improvement coach for twenty years, in management development, business process improvement and Lean with SPC. His clients in the UK cover a broad range of industries including banking, the criminal justice system, software development, manufacturing, NHS, food manufacturing, recycling, outsourced office services, law, and local government. He has a special interest in making management easier to understand and do! He has also taught as a part-time and as a visiting lecturer at the University of Birmingham as well as De Montfort and Coventry Universities.
