Alan Clark is a UK-based independent business coach, consultant, trainer and improvement coach for over thirty years, in leadership and management development, business process improvement and Lean with SPC. His clients in the UK cover a broad range of industries including banking, the criminal justice system, software development, manufacturing, NHS, food manufacturing, recycling, outsourced office services, law, and local government. He has a special interest in making leadership and management easier to understand and do! He has also taught as a part-time and as a visiting lecturer at the University of Birmingham as well as De Montfort and Coventry Universities. He is Chartered Quality Professional.and was previously a Chartered Mechanical Engineer.
