This book is a simple introduction to Kanban method and an example implementation for family usage. Following the chapters, you'll find a brief introduction to Kanban method and to Personal Kanban, together with (few, promise!) theories and scientific methods behind them (but only as final appendix). The central part will describe the basics of the method and then the logic behind the improvements you'll approach while using the method.
