Maik Nogens ist Tester seit über 22 Jahren und arbeitet heutzutage als Qualitätscoach, wobei er sich auf die agilen Aspekte des Softwaretestens konzentriert.

Als Teil seiner Leidenschaft, den Beruf des Testers und das Handwerk des Testens zu unterstützen, ist Maik in vielen Peer- und Community-Gruppen aktiv.

Im Jahr 2014 und 2016 konzipierte und implementierte er den internationalen Software Testing World Cup (STWC) mit über 4000 Teilnehmern auf jeden Kontinent.

Er ist Schwarzgurt in der Miagi-Do School of Software Testing, besuchte die BBST- und RST-Kurse, leitet Testing Dojos und führt Workshops für TestSphere, Pipeline, Kanban, SCRUM und andere agile Bereiche durch.
