Mickael Lamare
Mickael Lamare is a self-taught software architect and the founder of Feranor. Over years of working on enterprise distributed systems and building his own high-frequency trading platform, Krachen, he became convinced that the deepest failures in software aren't technical, but governance failures: unclear ownership, implicit contracts, accountability gaps.
Distributed Hive Governance is his attempt to name and formalize the structure that keeps complex systems navigable. He writes about distributed systems, architecture, and the governance of AI agents. Architecting the End of Chaos is his first book.
Mickael comes from a modest, non-academic background and learned everything by building, breaking, and studying relentlessly. That perspective shapes his work: DHG was not designed at a whiteboard but extracted from real systems under real constraints, with real consequences. His central claim is that naming structure is often enough to produce order and that the collateral benefits of governance (resilience, speed, auditability) emerge from the act of structuring itself.
