Agile Hardware in Action

A Practical Guide to Building Products for the Fast-paced World

About the Book

Agile Hardware in Action is a practical guide to building products for the fast-paced world. It is based on decades of experience in business transformation, Lean, Continuous Improvement, and business agility in a wide variety of hardware organizations, including energy majors, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) companies, aerospace, automotive, and technology companies.

The book does not promote a single proprietary solution or idea. Instead, it takes the perspective that the pace of innovation is the only competitive advantage. Some organizations have been able to achieve this using Lean or Scrum, while others have found success with different models of distributed leadership, adaptability, digital self-management, and artificial intelligence.

Agile Hardware in Action is based on the real-life experiences of some of the world's leading hardware organizations. It provides practical approaches and patterns for improving the value delivered to customers.

Given the rapid pace of innovation, the book will be updated regularly based on reader feedback and any new best practices. When you purchase the book, you will gain access to all subsequent updates.

The overall objective of Agile Hardware in Action is to create the world's best resource for business agility in hardware. By giving you access to the book and the opportunity to participate, we hope to help you achieve your own goals of innovation and success.
