This book is my insight into my transformative fitness journey. I am not talking about myself in the book but rather about the obstacles and how to overcome them.
Things I needed to resolve, let go of, and acquire during my struggles. You have them too, and they are similar. You live in the same world as me. Whenever someone asks me: "How do you do it?", this is what I would like them to know. If I could I would copy my thoughts and pasted them into their minds.
