Victor Velazquez

Víctor Velázquez is Chief Operating Officer at MagmaLabs. He builds Forge, the company's Virtual Employee Platform, and the MCP-based tools such as Framesmith that put agentic systems into production paths at MagmaLabs and its customers. He has spent many years shipping web applications, primarily in Ruby on Rails, and writes and speaks regularly about engineering for systems that have large language models in the loop.

He is the author of The Agentic Engineer. When he isn't writing or building, he's likely playing music, dancing, or behind a camera.
