Jirawat Khanfan

With over 18 years of experience in global electrical and electronic manufacturing, my mission is to transform IT operations from a traditional defensive function into a strategic business asset. While my roots are deeply technical, holding a degree in Business Administration allows me to bridge the critical gap between impenetrable IT/OT infrastructure and boardroom strategy. I specialize in translating complex technical architectures into the language of business—focusing on Financial Outcomes, Risk Mitigation, and ROI. My approach to enterprise security and infrastructure is proactive, resilient, and fiercely results-driven. My core focus areas include:

• 🔹 Enterprise Architecture: Modernizing and scaling high-availability infrastructure to guarantee seamless production lines and operational agility.
• 🔹 Risk & Security Governance: Implementing Zero-Trust models and driving proactive Root-Cause Analysis to safeguard corporate trade secrets before vulnerabilities can be exploited.
• 🔹 Business Continuity: Designing automated workflows and Disaster Recovery protocols with strict RTO/RPO to ensure zero prolonged business disruption and optimize OpEx.
• 🔹 Strategic Alignment: Developing Executive Dashboards that translate technical metrics (like Uptime and MTTR) into actionable insights for CAPEX/OPEX optimization. I believe that robust cybersecurity and agile infrastructure are not just about technology—they are about protecting enterprise value and enabling sustainable business growth.
