Qamar Zaman is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. He conducts integrated management system audits across different industries. He holds a degree in Quality and Performance Management from the Institute of Quality and Technology Management, University of the Punjab. During his studies, he interned at the Standards, Certification and Quality Control Center. That was where he first saw the gap between written procedures and daily operations. The factory floor taught him things the classroom could not.
