Nadege Barnes

Nadège Barnes has spent twenty-five years leading large-scale transformation across financial services, telecoms, and global consulting, most recently as Global Strategy and Transformation Director at BCG. She is the founder of Praxeon Consulting and the creator of the Praxeon discipline — a practitioner-built framework for governing AI behaviour in operational environments. Her work begins where most governance frameworks stop: not at deployment, but at drift. The Praxeon series is her attempt to give organisations the tools to govern what AI becomes, not just what it does.
