Michael E Shorter is an independent philosopher and systems programmer with over forty years of experience across enterprise software, telecommunications, defense, gaming, and cloud infrastructure. His background in biochemistry, physics and mathematics, combined with decades of systems architecture, informs the formal character of the CFC framework.
