I don’t stop at “What do you need me to write?” I go beyond and ask “Why? How will it work? Who is this for? and What kind of experience do you want your customers to have?”

I believe in putting people first and creating outstanding digital experiences. I think tech-based tools and services can do a lot of good if we build them right. Finding the right words can do just that.
