I am a global commercial, marketing and growth leader with more than 20 years of experience across SaaS, DaaS, AdTech, MarTech, Big Data, location intelligence, digital commerce, retail and AI-led transformation.

Across my career, I have worked at the intersection of commercial strategy, technology, marketing and business transformation, contributing to more than US$130 million in cumulative commercial impact. My recent leadership experience has spanned six regions, 19 countries, multiple brands and solution portfolios, with responsibility for global teams, go-to-market strategy, demand generation, marketing operations and revenue-led growth.

Artificial intelligence now forms a significant part of my professional, research and publishing work. My areas of focus include AI strategy, generative AI, agentic AI, AI governance, responsible AI, human-machine collaboration, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI-enabled workflows, automation, decision systems and the organisational redesign required as machines take on more execution.

I hold a Six Sigma Black Belt and have completed extensive professional certification and advanced learning across artificial intelligence, AI strategy, generative AI, responsible AI, governance, agentic workflows, analytics, automation, digital transformation, marketing and business strategy. I am also pursuing a Commonwealth Executive MBA, bringing together commercial leadership, structured problem-solving and continuous professional development.

I write and publish extensively on artificial intelligence, commercial strategy, marketing transformation, growth, the future of work and organisational decision-making. My work includes more than 100 articles, white papers, executive briefings and research-led publications developed for business leaders, practitioners and professionals.

A significant body of my current work examines the practical consequences of AI moving from assistance into execution. This includes AI governance, agentic systems, verification, human accountability, work redesign, decision quality, automation risk, commercial transformation and the management systems organisations need around increasingly autonomous technology.

My approach to writing is practitioner-led and evidence-informed. I focus on translating complex shifts in technology and business into clear frameworks, operating principles and decision tools that leaders and professionals can apply to real work.
