Doctor Hatem Raad is an emergency-medicine specialist with over a decade of frontline experience in high-volume hospital settings. A graduate of the Nicolae Testemițanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (USMF) in Chișinău, Moldova, Dr. Raad completed a three-year residency in Emergency Medicine before founding the telemedicine platform My Private Doctor.

An educator at heart, he has authored numerous clinical guides and delivers medical lectures via ShockDoc Medical, his YouTube channel dedicated to concise, practical training for healthcare professionals. Dr. Raad’s work focuses on translating complex protocols into clear, actionable tools—whether in person, online, or in print.
