Hani M.M. Al-Shater

**Hani M.M. Al-Shater** has spent his career in machine learning and AI as a technical leader. He has worked on community feedback systems at scale---where questions of trust and verification weren't abstract but operational. He investigates practical philosophical ideas, trying to understand and uplift how we think about AI, work, and technology. System 3 is an attempt to answer these questions honestly. The philosophical frameworks aren't decoration---they're load-bearing. When you build systems that affect millions of decisions, epistemology stops being abstract. Outside work, he lives with his wife and four kids, reads constantly, and finds that building things is how he thinks best.
