Daniel Vaughan

Daniel Vaughan is a technology leader and software architect specialising in agentic AI. He helps organisations turn AI investment into production systems that work correctly from the start: not just faster delivery, but higher quality at the same cost.

With 25 years across enterprise, startup, and academic settings, his focus is now entirely on the point where AI stops being an experiment and starts becoming core to the organisation. He leads a global Forward Deployed Engineering practice, building the teams and operating models that take AI from prototype to production inside complex enterprise environments: legacy systems, cautious security teams, and real users who need to trust the output.

His work centres on the lean three-person agentic pod, a shared architect, two engineers, and a team of coding agents. The model is designed to compound rather than scale linearly, so each engagement makes the next one faster, leaner, and more predictable. Most AI projects stall between prototype and production. Daniel's work exists to close that gap.
