Benjamin Sommer is recognized worldwide as an expert in Agile and Scrum and he holds the two highest-level certifications in the field: CST (Certified Scrum Trainer) and CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach) by the Scrum Alliance. He has trained over 1000 students and coached a variety of organizations; small, large, private, public and government throughout Europe and USA. His experience comes from management consulting and cofounding and building companies in the role as cofounder, angel investor and board member. His focus is on helping organizations achieve business agility, make product teams go faster and deliver more value. Benjamin has more than 20 years' experience as business developer, management consultant, entrepreneur and investor. He is an investor, business development consultant, speaker, trainer/facilitator and occasional writer.

Benjamin most recently received a Certificate of Business Excellence from University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He holds an MBA from the University of Agder and Executive education from BI, Norwegian School of Business.
