TheTensor writes at the intersection of two hobbies that don't usually share a room: large language models and amateur radio. Both are exercises in the same instinct — take a black box, open it up, and learn exactly how the signal gets from one end to the other. The Abliterated LLM Handbook started as a personal reference: notes on what abliteration actually changes in a model's weights, which quantization survives contact with real hardware, and how to go from a downloaded checkpoint to something genuinely useful. It grew into the guide The Tensor wished had existed from the start.
