注意：本文并不包含 python 数据科学的部分。数据科学家使用 python 创建了很多库方便大家更简单的进行机器学习，网上已有很多文章以及学习资料，但我会在最后大概介绍以下做机器学习的最简单，或者说最通用的过程，方便在大家学习数据科学时对学习资料有更好的理解。
