Questo libro spiega i rudimenti della Teoria dei Vincoli (un modo di gestire l'azienda) applicato alla problematica della distribuzione. I risultati che la Teoria dei Vincoli ottiene (anche detta TOC delle iniziali inglesi:Theory of Constraints) sono stupefacenti e tuttavia pienamente logici anche se vanno contro alcune modalità di gestione spesso molto comuni.
Proprio per la novità della teoria e per i suoi risultati, invece di insistere nelle spiegazioni abbiamo adottato un approccio "vieni e vedi". Vieni, cioè compra il libro e vedi, cioè accedi al sito e prova ad applicare ai tuoi dati il modo di gestione che la TOC raccomanda e constata i risultati.
Comprando il libro si compra anche il diritto di accesso al sito. Poichè l'accesso viene autorizzato via mail, la cosa può prendere qualche tempo. Usatelo allora per leggere e capire i rudimenti della TOC cui abbiamo accennato all'inizio.
