Rachid Harrando is an independent cybersecurity consultant with 20+ years of experience. He spent ten years as Principal Security Advisor in the Office of the CISO at ServiceNow, working with Europe's largest financial institutions, energy companies, and public sector organizations on platform security and regulatory readiness.

He is co-founder of Black Hat Arsenal, holds CISSP and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certifications, and serves on advisory boards for vulnerability intelligence, AI-powered SOC, and identity protection ventures. He is the founder of Nowisor, a virtual ServiceNow security practice.

His work focuses on ServiceNow platform security, API exposure management, and EU regulatory frameworks (NIS2, DORA, the Cyber Resilience Act, and the EU AI Act). Based in France.
