Mi intención con este libro de bolsillo es brindar una herramienta pequeña y práctica para la interpretación electrocardiográfica, lo que a mi humilde criterio debería conocer toda persona facultada por ley para ejercer la medicina, no es mi objetivo competir con otras obras de este tipo, no es mi objetivo competir con otros colegas, ya que todos nos encontramos en el mismo negocio, que es tratar pacientes con la mayor calidad académica-científica, con la calidez que la atención humana requiere y siguiendo la ley fundamental de la medicina “primun non noncere”, Paracelso dijo la medicina se trata de amor, y con amor es que les entrego este pequeño aporte, espero que sirva para el crecimiento de profesional de cada uno que lo lea.

Dr. Emmanuel Ulloa Bertrand, nacido en San José, Costa Rica el 4 de abril de 1986, Médico-Cirujano, portador de una pasión por el estudio y la docencia de la fisiología médica, y la electrocardiografía.
Posee experiencia en docencia, en las áreas de neurofisiología, fisiología, epidemiología y electrocardiografía básica en la Escuela de Terapia Física de la Universidad Santa Paula; además con experiencia como docente del curso libre de electrocardiografía de la Escuela de Medicina de la Universidad Internacional de las Américas.
Actualmente está en proceso de completar su especialidad en Ginecología y Obstetricia en el Hospital Calderón Guardia en San José, Costa Rica.
