Dr. Marcus Raitner ist überzeugt, dass Elefanten tanzen können. Darum begleitet er als Agile Coach und Agile Transformation Agent seit 2015 die BMW Group IT auf ihrer Reise zu einer agilen Organisation. Nach seiner Promotion in Informatik an der Universität Passau, arbeitete Marcus Raitner zunächst als IT-Projektleiter bei msg systems. Im Jahr 2010 startete er nochmal komplett neu und wechselte als Senior Partner und später Geschäftsführer zur esc Solutions, einem kleinen Startup mit Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement und Projektcoaching.
