About the Author

Rather than treating governance as a layer of policy added after deployment, Rose approaches it as part of the architecture of the system itself: the connection between authority, evidence, permissions, accountability, and intervention.
He is the author of The AI Governance Imperative, AI vs AI: The Architecture of the Artificial Deadlock, and The AI: Human Premium. Across these works, he explores the transition from AI as a tool to AI as an active participant in economic, creative, and organizational systems—and what that transition requires from the humans responsible for them.
