What you get

The weekend

Two days on Zoom with Peter Armstrong and a small group of other authors — Leanpub Book Weekend 1 (October 3–4, 8 seats) or Leanpub Book Weekend 2 (October 17–18, 12 seats). Saturday you set up, outline, and write; Sunday morning is office hours, and at 11:00 am Pacific everyone publishes together. Then ninety minutes on what comes next.

A year of Ultra Author Membership$999 value

Your Ultra Author Membership goes live on the date of purchase, so you can use it in advance of the weekend. The whole year's GhostAI allowance is on your account that day — not drip-fed monthly. That's more than enough to write your book and do everything you need to do for it, with usage left over to help you market it. Plus VIP support: it's Leanpub's top author tier.

$349 of service credit, included in Ultra$349

When you're ready to promote it: a month on The Shelf ($179), a CourseAI Standard course ($99), a TranslateAI edition in another language ($49 each) — or any other Leanpub author service. It's inside the membership, not on top of it.

The schedule

Saturday. Within the first hour, your book's landing page is public — about the book, about the author. Then the tooling and your GhostAI setup, the outline, the first pages. Lunch 10–11 am Pacific. Done at 2 pm Pacific.

Saturday evening. You write. Four or five hours.

Sunday. 7 am: share your progress with the group, get pumped up, then office hours all morning — cameras off and write, or ask in front of the group. Lunch at 10. 11:00 am Pacific: everyone publishes together. Short questions. Then ninety minutes on marketing — now what? Attention, the list, promotion. Done by 2 pm Pacific.

Who it's for

You're an expert with a book that's unfinished or unstarted: a draft, an outline, a folder of notes, or the thing people keep telling you to write. The standard path is GhostAI in the Leanpub browser editor. If you're technical, GhostAI in Claude Code is there too — optional. "In progress" isn't an apology here. It's the point: the book goes public on Saturday, gets its first version on Sunday, and you keep publishing after.
