Susana Serrano, CEO and founder of Circular Strategy, a 360º consultancy that was born with the

mission of supporting companies in creating sustainable value, promoting efficiency, innovation, and

competitiveness throughout the value chain. Over the past 23 years, I have built a professional trajectory

marked by team leadership, defining transformative strategies, and focusing on sustainable results.

I have held top executive positions in companies such as Acatel (Impetus Group) and Adalberto

Têxteis, where I had the responsibility of redesigning business models, repositioning brands, and

implementing organizational cultures oriented towards people, objectives, and results. In these contexts, I

led innovation processes with strong impact, which resulted in international recognition for

excellence, with awards in Portugal, Germany, and France, thanks to the development of

sustainable technological solutions.

Before that, at Grupo Aquinos, I led the implementation of four industrial units and coordinated

operations focused on continuous improvement and Lean transformation. One of the projects I led was

distinguished with the Excellence in Productivity Award 2014, granted by the Kaizen Institute,

reinforcing my commitment to operational excellence.

I am certified as a Sustainability Practitioner and ACSAP, with complementary training in Strategic

Management (Porto Business School), Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Change Management, and various

continuous improvement tools. I also have academic experience as a trainer and guest professor in the

areas of integrated management, lean manufacturing, and sustainability, which allows me to share

knowledge and continue learning from different realities.

I am a professional driven by challenges, with strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and a genuine

passion for developing teams and organizations. I believe in the power of collaboration, systemic vision,

and responsible innovation as engines of positive transformation in business and society.
