It questions whether digital products have undergone sufficient regulatory procedures to achieve their aims to benefit humanity or how in contrary, if not sufficiently regulated before release, could be detrimental to freedom and sovereignity of humanity at the individual and collective level.
This book is currently an in-progress version and starts with three chapters.
