The book was released as digital file on 2025-03-26
A book sharing both the conceptual and practical part of experiments carried out with AIs on the integration of humans and AIs as team members.
The purpose of this mini-book is not just sharing some objects (see the associated GitHub repository, links available within the book).
The book aims also to share concepts about the integration of AI, and their application to processes, through practical examples pointing to the objects (or choices) that allow to replicate and implement similar approaches.
As the title states, this second episode (after the one released initially on 2025-04-21) is really about using Business Process Re-engineering unlike it was used e.g. in the 1990s "Re-inventing the Government" initiative.
Over 30 years later, we are in a different world: it is not anymore about doing a one-off exercise, it is about embracing what AI allows: continuous change with a real-time feed-back cycle.
Within this mini-book, you will find also the description of different experiments and reusable objects created with the support of AIs.
The objects described are actually available on GitHub- follow the links within the book, and follow the repositories to receive updates.
The target is not AI experts- but business users with domain expertise in what they do, looking to benefit from AI capabilities.
