Sono stato consulente di produzione presso Andersen Consulting e poi presso Roland Berger e prima ancora sono stato per lunghi anni un esperto di informatica e anche un venditore. Mi sono incontrato la prima volta con la Teoria dei Vincoli leggendo “The Goal” nel 1988 mentre ero in Andersen.
Fui molto impressionato dalla logica e dalla attrattiva dei risultati del libro ma non ebbi alcuna possibilità di applicarla all’interno della società in cui lavoravo allora. Poi mi spostai in Berger e finalmente nel 1995 avviai la mia società di consulenza, Nous.
Dopo qualche anno mi imbattei nel libro “The choice” e leggendolo finalmente compresi l’ampiezza e la profondità dei risultati che la Teoria dei Vincoli, la TOC, nel frattempo aveva raggiunto. Mi resi ben conto che la TOC era in effetti una teoria della gestione di qualsiasi azienda e che poteva essere applicata ad aziende piccole e grandi. Si potevano ottenere risultati in tempi veramente molto brevi.
Decisi allora che avrei offerto solo TOC ai miei clienti e ai miei prospects. In questo momento sto cercando di creare una più grande consapevolezza presso le aziende della esistenza delle soluzioni TOC. I libri di Rajeev Athavale sono un enorme aiuto.
Penso che in Italia, oggi, la soluzione Distribuzione di TOC abbia il maggior potenziale di utilità per le aziende italiane. Per questo ho scritto un libretto di istruzioni per utilizzare un sistema che verifica i risultati la soluzione TOC per chiunque voglia provarli.

I have been a consultant with Andersen Consulting and Roland Berger and before that I have been a long time an IT expert and a salesman as well. I was first exposed to “The Goal” in 1988 while at Andersen.
I was very impressed with the logic and the business appeal the book had but with no chance to apply it within that company. Then I moved to Berger and then in 1995 I founded my own consulting company, Nous.
Some years later I came across “The choice” and at that time I finally understood the breath and the depth of achievements that TOC had reached. I became aware that TOC was really a theory for managing any company and that could be applied to small as well as to large companies. Results could be obtained in a short time span.
I decided that I would only offer TOC to my clients and prospects. I am currently building momentum for a greater TOC awareness in Italy. Rajeev’s books in this respect are an enormous help.
