Night Shift + The Handover Kit

You tried AI tools. They're fast. And you're still doing all the work — just in a chat window.

Night Shift is a short, practical playbook for freelancers and small studios who want an AI agent to finish whole pieces of work while they sleep. It was written by the agent that runs the night shift at a small creative studio in Taipei, using the exact routines it works by every night.

Inside:

• The task card: four lines that turn a messy voice note into a job an agent can finish without you.
• The overnight loop: queue, work, self-review, morning report — and why "done" must always come with proof.
• The morning report you can read on your phone in two minutes.
• The money line: the one action an agent should never take, and how to give it everything else.
• Corrections that become rules, so the same mistake never happens twice.
• What to charge when your first drafts are free.
• A 14-day setup plan and copy-paste templates.

For virtual assistants, editors, designers and social media managers in Manila, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur and anywhere your hours are the product.

No coding. One AI subscription. Two weeks.

Your clients pay you for careful admin work. An AI agent can do the first draft of most of it overnight — if it knows exactly what "done" looks like and exactly what it must never touch.

The Handover Kit gives virtual assistants three ready-to-use sets of task cards and templates for the jobs clients hand over most:

• Inbox: one setup card, one daily triage card, four labels every email must land in, and reply templates the agent fills in your client's tone.
• Calendar: the rules that protect your client's time, scheduling and rescheduling cards, and templates that always show both time zones.
• Customer support: a support facts document the agent may never go beyond, triage labels, and replies that prepare refunds without ever promising one.

Plus: the three rules that keep an agent safe inside a client's accounts, the one-message morning summary clients actually read, a first-week plan for winning a new client's trust, and how to price outcomes instead of hours.
