Cleiton Augusto Correa Bezerra is a systems analyst and software engineer from Brazil working at the intersection of quantum computing and high-performance Rust. He created CleitonForge, an open-source quantum simulation framework in Rust, and authored the Quantum Gate Convention Standard (QGCS) - a conformance suite that detects phase-sensitive bugs that quantum volume benchmarks are mathematically incapable of finding. His HOG Blinders theorem proved that standard benchmarks are algebraically blind to Rz sign inversions - a class of silent bugs that corrupted circuit results across production backends without triggering a single test failure.
